Iggy Sumnik: Impact – A Retrospective (Publication)
Presented as a fundraiser for WhyArts, this exhibition celebrated Iggy as a gifted ceramic and multimedia artist whose love of people, art, and creativity profoundly impacted his community.
In the Barbara Weitz Community Arts Building, Iggy is depicted in the background of this vibrant mural — honoring him as “a beloved WhyArts teaching artist who embodied the organization’s mission and whose legacy continues to inspire.”
This group exhibition featured two of Iggy’s playful, standing ceramic sculptures, showcasing his wit and craftsmanship.
A hardcover collection of Iggy’s Omaha-era works, featuring a new foreword by Mike Krainak and design by Shawn Bainbridge.
